Where We Started
We started with a hot dog cart back in 2018 in Tampa Bay, Florida as Mike's Big Dawgs. As business grew we decided to add on pig roasting in 2019. As both sides of the business continued to grow, we purchased a catering trailer in 2020 to facilitate our events. And in 2021 we decided to convert the catering trailer into a full-fledged food trailer to expand our offerings to you!
Where We Are Now - What's the Concept?
One food truck. Lots of options.
The concept is a fluid food trailer that brings great food to locations all over the Tampa Bay area and beyond. At one event we might be setup as the Spanglish Food Truck serving up Latin/American fare, and the next week serving up CheeseSteak at an employee lunch. The goal is to eventually break out each "brand" as their own individual food truck.

Mike's Big Dawgs
Where it all started. Serving up great all-beef hot dogs, Angus burgers, and Italian sausage with grilled peppers & onions. Our cooking equipment rolls right out of the trailer so we can cook out in the open just like with the cart. Hot Dog Cart also available. Great for kids birthday parties, graduation, etc.

We specialize in Pig Roasting in our La Caja China roasting box at your location. A fully roasted 60lb pig in about 4-5 hours to feed your large crowd. Many options and price points available - just let us know what you have in mind. Great for holidays, birthdays, big game, weddings, etc.
Spanglish Food Truck
Great tasting Spanish/American food. QuesaBirria Tacos, Arroz con Pollo, Smashburgers, Chicken Tacos, Shrimp Tacos, Cuban sandwiches. Ever evolving menu with tons of flavor.
